Corn husk angels

A few days ago we went to a Victorian Christmas celebration at the Remmick Farm. We were taken back a hundred years to experience the type of Christmas that our great-grandparents had. We tried all kinds of old fashioned treat and beverages. We went on a cold, but fun horse-drawn sleigh ride. The girls and I had fun making corn husk angels for our Christmas tree. After the celebration we cut down our Christmas tree. Devin found a huge birds nest in our tree! He added it to his collection. It was a really special day together.
